Unison Celebrates 20 Years of Faithful Service with Lesley White
Lesley White began her employment with Unison in 2002 as a Substance Abuse Counselor with Garden Gate (Women's Residential Program).  Since that time, she he has served as a counselor in Unison's Project SOAR and Project WINGS programs.  In 2008, Lesley transitioned to Program Manager of Ware Day services where she leads the Adult Peer Services, Day Treatment, and Supportive Employment programs.  Lesley has served as the Vice-Chair of the Education and Individual Advocacy group through GACSB (Georgia Association of Community Service Boards).  Unison thanks Lesley for her years of dedicated service in fostering a positive work environment for her staff and always ensuring compassionate care for those we serve!

Unison Celebrates 10 Years Faithful Service with Jacqueline Simmons

Unison honors Jacqueline Simmons for 10 years of faithful service to the agency.  Jaqueline has been employed as an Adult Crisis Residential Administrative Support at St. Illa.  In this role, she assists individuals in the referral process for the St. Illa Residential Program.  She also greets individuals from the community or entering the program as the first point of contact and enjoys knowing she can make a difference in someone's life through a kind greeting and offering a smile.   Unison thanks Jacqueline for her dedicated service and her role in achieving the agency's mission!

Unison Behavioral Health recognizes Patricia Roberts following her resignation from the Board of Directors after serving on the Board since November 2002. During her time served, Patricia also held the role of Treasurer.  “Ms. Roberts has been a devoted Board member and her service to the Board and the community for almost 20 years has been outstanding.” Tiffany Henderson (Unison CEO). Unison is thankful for her faithful service and commitment to promoting the agency mission in Atkinson and surrounding counties. 

Unison Behavioral Health Announces the Appointment of Dr. Calandra Holmes from Atkinson County.

Dr. Calandra Holmes is an Atkinson County High School graduate from Valdosta State University, Argosy University, and Walden University. She has been employed with the Atkinson County Board of Education for 24 years. She currently serves as the Principal at Atkinson County Middle School and has served as a teacher, professional school counselor, and assistant principal before beginning her tenure as principal. She is active in community organizations and is an active member of the Georgia Association of Educators (GAE), Georgia Association of Education Leaders (GAEL), and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

She is pleased to have been selected by her county to represent them on the Board of Directors. She is extremely grateful to follow in the footsteps of her mother and cousin, who both previously served on the board for Atkinson and Clinch County.

Lowell Williamson has served on the Unison Board of Directors representing Pierce County since 2006.  He was appointed as Unison Board Vice Chair in 2008 and in 2009 became the Chairman.  He has fulfilled the role as Unison's Board representative on the GACSB (Georgia Association of Community Service Boards) since 2008 and served as the President of the GACSB from 2013-2015.  Unison's Senior Management Team and the Board of Directors recently expressed their appreciation for Lowell's faithful service throughout the years following his announcement of resigning from his seat with sixteen years of service.  "Lowell has been an exemplary board member with his unwavering support of Unison and those we serve.  His devotion to advocating for the mission of Community Service Boards is reflective in his years of service and leadership at the local and state level."  Tiffany Henderson (Unison CEO)
